School has a number of academic leaders led by doctoral supervisors and professors, and a reasonable teaching staff structure. Nearly 90% of full-time teachers have Doctor’s degree. School has one teacher selected by national "New Century Talents Project ", two of "New Century Excellent Talents” by Ministry of Education, one specially-employed professor of Jiangsu Province, two of Jiangsu “Double Construction Talents”, one chief scientist and five academic leaders of Jiangsu “333 Project” among young and middle-aged scientists, six academic leaders of Jiangsu “Green Blue Project” among young and middle-aged scientists and two teams of Jiangsu Outstanding Science and Technology Innovation.
